If you're looking to see Croatia in all it's beauty, you've come to the right place! From the history and hidden cliffside bars of Dubrovnik, to the crystal clear waters and markets in Makarska to the tucked away vineyards in UNESCO protected mountain ranges - we've got you covered.

We have carefully curated our itinerary to ensure your week is not only hassle-free, but gives you a taste of everything from culture, to cuisine and history. While there is plenty of time to let your hair down (and don't you worry, we take you to the best nightlife spots in Croatia), we are not a party-only boat. We want our guests to have the chance to truly immerse themselves in all that Croatia has to offer and share those experiences with our other likeminded guests - which can be hard to do if you're written off the entire time!

Day 1
Split to Hvar

Welcome! As you settle in to your new home onboard, we set sail to the beautiful island of Hvar.

Enjoy a 3-course lunch on board and your first of many swim stops. Upon docking in Hvar, we explore our way up to a 6th-century Spanish fortress. Trust us, the short trek is worth the view of the Pakleni Islands!

We share a delicious meal at a local restaurant, then head out for our first night in one of Europe's most popular nightlife destinations - did someone say Carpe Diem?!

Day 2
Hvar - Mljet

Setting sail early, we head down the coast to Mljet. Have a lay in, or take in the view and some sunshine from the sundeck. And of course there will be another swim stop along the way...

Upon arrival in Mljet, we head into the Mljet National Park - one of Croatia's most scenic National Parks. You can ride around on bikes, or catch the ferry over to explore the 12th Century Benedictine Monastery. If you'd prefer to hang out on the boat and swim in the ocean near the dock, that's also fine!

Tonight, enjoy a traditional Croatian BBQ dinner cooked by our onboard chef and get to know your fellow passengers.

Day 3
Mljet to Dubrovnik

After enjoying a relaxing night in Mljet, we make our way to The Pearl of the Adriatic - Dubrovnik.

Once we arrive into Old Town, you will enjoy our walking city tour which is run by on of our expert local guides. Following this, you will have time to conquer the streets of old town, check out the cliffside Buža bars plus many more options - Dubrovnik is a hive of activity! 

For all our Game of Thrones fans out there, our Guide will take you to all of the key filming spots - you can have your moment on the Stairs Of Shame.

 

Tonight, you get to enjoy a dinner nestled in the amazing Old Town walls, before we head out to one of Croatia's most popular clubs - Revelin (which is inside a fortress!).

Day 4
Dubrovnik to Korčula

After a relaxing day on the sun deck, with a nice long swim in the mix, we sail into the beautiful, old town of Korčula. Take in the quaint stone alleyways and some of the seaside history as your tour guide takes your on a walk through the old town.

Here, we enjoy a wine tasting of some of Korčula's locally made wines. Fun fact: Korčula are renowned for their wines, supplying some of the finest restaurants in the world with their produce.

Throughout the evening, we enjoy a local dinner overlooking the incredible old town and surrounding islands.
And for those who want to venture out, there are plenty of fun nightlife options to enjoy whether it be a fine wine and some live music, spectating the locals having a friendly game of soccer by the ocean, or hitting up the dancefloor at Dos Locos!

Day 5
Korčula to Stari Grad

On day 5 we sail into one of Europe's oldest and most visited destinations - Stari Grad, which literally means 'old town'.

Your tour guide will take you on a walking tour through the old town, where you learn about Stari Grad's history and can visit the quaint shops. Fun Fact: Stari Grad are known for their incredible produce of fresh lavender, and you'll be spoilt for choice with their fine, locally made produce from lavender oils and creams to lavender gelato!

Following old town, we make tracks to a local vineyard situated amongst the famous UNESCO Stari Grad Plains for a tasting. Think locally made wines, breads and olive oils. Oh, and did we mention the cute donkeys that roam free at the vineyard?

And just when you're thinking the day couldn't get any better, tonight we are treated to dinner on board personally prepared by our Captain! Which then rolls on into the infamous Roam Sailing Trivia and Games Night - may the best team win...

Day 6
Stari Grad to Makarska Via Bol

Our morning will begin with a swim stop at the famous Golden Horn beach on the island of Brač. Besides the incredibly crystal clear waters, the beach is well-known for being ever-changing due to the tides and winds.

After Brač, we sail into the big port of Makarska, a beautiful seaside town sitting at the base of the huge Biokovo Mountain Range - definitely a view you don't want to miss! With a jump rock for those who dare, and long beaches for others who would rather a lay down, there is plenty of water time in Makarska. Stop along the seaside promenade for a coffee or cocktail, browse the markets for local trinkets or book in for a massage on the beach.

We finish the day with a sunset dinner at one of our favourite beachside restaurants, before heading back to the boat for some pre-drinks and a visit to the infamous Club Deep where you can dance the night away from a dancefloor that spills directly out onto the beach.

Day 7
Makarska to Split Via Omiš

The final leg of our voyage takes us back to the wonderful city of Split. On our way, we stop off for your chance to Zipline through the Croatian Hinterland. If this isn't for you, enjoy some relaxation on the sundeck.

Once we arrive back into the vibrant city of Split, your guide takes you on a walking tour through the UNESCO listed Diocletian's Palace, where we end up in a cosy, little restaurant situated inside the palace walls. Trust us, you won't find it on your own!

Naturally the only choice after dinner is a scoop of gelato from one of the famous Split Gelateria's...

End the night people watching down by the portside, exploring the market stalls or hitting up one of the many bars or clubs. The options in Split are endless!

Day 8
Split Departure

Sadly, all good things come to an end and after one final breakfast together it's time to say farewell to your new Roam Sailing family. Trust us, it's much harder than it sounds! 

Some guests remain on for a few nights in Split to continue their Croatian adventure, whilst others jump on a ferry or bus straight from the Port of Split to take them on to their next destination. The airport is a short bus or cab ride away, with many of our guests opting to carpool with some of their new friends found onboard.
